Es mejor así porque...

...si un día salimos, caminamos juntos, cenamos y hablamos, yo le diría que estoy loco por ella y que si me lo permitiera la haría la mujer más amada del mundo; y si ella, al enterarse de mi confesión y por razones que yo no entendería, me acepta, entonces esa sería mi desgracia, pues en algún momento futuro se dará cuenta que no soy nada, que estaría mejor sin mi y que sería mejor dejarme.

Entonces me despreciaré más de lo que me desprecio ahora, pues acepto el hecho de que no es mía y no podré tenerla, pero nunca me perdonaría el hecho de tenerla y perderla.

Bolt smashes 200m world record

Once again Jamaican Usain "Thunder" Bolt, has written his name in the books of records, this time winning the 2009 IAAF World championship 200m finals and beating the previous record of 19.3 seconds, set by himself in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The 23 year old sprinter crossed the finish line when the chronometer registered 19.19s, there was never a threat from his rivals and to prove it he finished 62 tenths adrift second placed Alonso Edward from Panama.

By achieving this Bolt became the first man to break both 100m and 200m world records more than once, he also has broke records in five consecutive finals -the 100m, 200m and the 4x100m of the 2008 Olympics- and this year 100m and 200m in Berlin.

At the moment Usain Bolt is in a league of his own, with nobody being able to question his dominance of the events where he takes part, his closest rivals Tyson Gay, who retired from the 200m event with an injury, and Asafa Powell finished second and third respectively in the 100m and had never been close to post the performances Bolt has displayed this last year.

Como fan de todas las formas de competición que existen entre los seres humanos, de vez en cuando me doy una vuelta por los sites que se dedican al segumiento del muy popular mundo de las artes marciales mixtas(MMA por sus síglas en ingles). En una de esas vueltas me encontre con este video en el que dos niñas(no mayores de 8 años) nos dan una breve pero muy eficaz lección para ejecutar técnicas de estragulamiento y llaves al brazo, que son de las más populares en los combates de MMA.
